What maintenance is required for the Nomad?

Dust off your TEQOYA ioniser when cleaning your car.  Clean the needles of the device at least twice a year.  

Where is the item shipped from? How long will it take for it to arrive?

The TEQOYA products are shipped from the warehouse in France by tracked and insured Colissimo delivery service.  It takes on average 3-5 business days after being dispatched for the product to arrive in the UK.

What is the guarantee on the Nomad car air purifier?

The guarantee is 5 years and is given by the manufacturer - TEQOYA.

Order confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, and we automatically reach out to our supplier to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit or debit card, it will ship within 2 business days.

Delivery

This item is dispatched directly from our supplier in France by tracked and insured Colissimo delivery service.  Once your order has been shipped it should arrive at your address within 3-5 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please note, because of the UK's exit from the EU your order may be subject to import taxes and duties.  We will refund you these fees upon receipt of the product.
