We proudly ship goods in England, Wales and Scotland with Royal Mail 48, FedEx, UPS, DHL, GLS, DPD and Parcel Force.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. It means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit or debit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via email to issue a refund. If your item(s) are available for shipment (within two business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for delivery.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit or debit card, it will ship free within 2 business days from your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or during public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We will send you tracking information for orders containing products from suppliers outside of the UK (BRID, VITESY and TEQOYA) within 48 hours of your order, leaving the warehouse to the email address or a telephone number you provided when checking out. You can track your order on the "Track My Order" page. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be glad to help you with your enquiry.
Please note, because of the UK's exit from the EU, orders containing products from our EU partners (BRID, VITESY and TEQOYA) may be subject to import taxes and duties. We will refund you these fees upon receipt of the product. Please send us proof of payment via email to claim your refund on taxes and duties.
