Order Confirmation

We proudly ship goods in England, Wales and Scotland with Royal Mail 48, FedEx, UPS, DHL, GLS, DPD and Parcel Force.  

You will receive an order confirmation email once you place your order. It means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit or debit card for the purchase. 

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Suppose your item is on backorder or unavailable. In that case, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via email to issue a refund. If your item(s) are available for shipment (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for delivery.

Order Shipment 

We offer free express delivery on all orders over £50 (delivery charge is £4.95 for orders less than £50). If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit or debit card, it will ship within 2 business days from your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or during public holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We will send you tracking information for orders containing products from suppliers outside the UK (BRID, LightAir, Teqoya) within 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. You can track your order on the "Track My Order" page. If you do not receive tracking information within 6 business days of your order, follow up with us at info@aerify.co.uk. 

Please note, because of the UK's exit from the EU, orders containing products from our EU partners (BRID, LightAir, Teqoya) MAY be subject to import taxes and duties. You are responsible for payment of all duties, taxes, and fees assessed by the UK customs authority. 

14-Day Free Return Policy 

Sometimes things may happen, and you may wish to return a product. Any unopened or unused product can be returned free for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed after receipt of your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund, return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition as you received it. If the original retail packaging has been opened, a full refund is not possible as we cannot resell the unit as new to another customer. In such cases, depending on the item's condition, we generally offer 70% of the item's retail value. Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds on replacement filters if the plastic bag surrounding the filter has been opened.

To start the return process for your order, simply contact our customer service team via email. We will send you a pre-paid carrier label to enable you to return your product to our supplier. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the supplier has received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There may be certain situations whereby we regrettably cannot accommodate a return or provide a full refund. For example, for hygiene, we cannot offer a full refund for incomplete items that are not in original condition, are damaged, have been opened, used or have missing parts.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To do so, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you can still return it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. We can only issue a refund once we receive your order or confirm that it is on the way to us.

    Returning Faulty Products Within 30 Days

    If your product develops a fault within the first 30 days of delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund it for you. If the item is not found to be faulty, you will be charged to have the item returned to you.

    To start a return process of faulty goods, contact us via email, tell us what the problem is and we will provide you with a returns number and a parcel label. We will send a courier to collect the faulty equipment for free. 

    We will replace, repair or refund your payment as per our legal responsibility when:

    • The product you purchased is confirmed to be faulty. Before sending an item back as faulty, contact the manufacturer's product helpline number, which you can find in the user guide. 
    • The item is returned complete, together with any accessories in the original box and packaging.

    Our promise to replace products or refund your payment does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

    Returning Faulty Products After 30 Days

    All products sold on Aerify have a minimum of 12 months guarantee. If your product develops a fault after 30 days of delivery and is still within the manufacturer's warranty, we will repair or replace it for you under the terms of the guarantee. If the item is not found to be faulty, you will be charged to have the item returned to you.
