I finally got it although there were a lot of issues and the customer service handled it very well. But I got a two-pin plug version, I hope there will be a three-pin plug for me

We live near a polluted busy road, so our bedroom gets dusty quickly. This air purifier is a real dust magnet! I was very impressed by how much dust it accumulated in just a few weeks’ time. Even the particle collector turned greyish white. There is no filter to replace as you just simply wash the collector in warm water. The filter is virtually silent, so it’s perfect for our bedroom. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but if you consider future savings on costly replacement filters, then the price is somewhat reasonable.

I have a few different air purifiers, but this is by far the quietest. It doesn't have a fan, however is still very effective. Also, there are no filters to buy, as you just wash the particle collector every two weeks.

Unfortunately it's the sort of product which is difficult to know if it is improving our air quality. Perhaps a longer period of assessment will be needed. Also the circular trim item was very fiddly to put together and for the sake of a slightly larger box and the cost of the item, I believe it should come pre-assembled.
