These terms and conditions govern your use of our air quality monitor rental service. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Duration

You can select a rental duration of either 2 or 4 weeks for the air quality monitor.

2. Payment and Deposit

Upon placing your order, you will be required to pay:

• The rental fee for your selected duration.
• A refundable £80 deposit. This deposit covers any potential loss or damage to the unit during the rental period.

3. Delivery and Receipt

Once your order is confirmed, we will ship the air quality monitor to you via Evri Next Day Delivery. The package will include:

• The air quality monitor.
• A prepaid return label for easy returns.

4. Use of the Monitor

You are entitled to use the air quality monitor for the duration of your rental period to measure and analyse the air quality in your home.

5. Returning the Monitor

You are required to return the air quality monitor within 3 days of the end of your rental period. Please ensure the following:

• The monitor is securely packed in its original packaging.
• The prepaid return label is attached to the package.
• You drop off the package at any Evri shop point near you.

6. Deposit Refund

Once we receive the monitor and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund your £80 deposit to your original payment method. Please note:

• The deposit may be retained if the monitor is damaged or not returned within 7 working days of the end of the rental period.

7. Damaged or Late Returns

If the air quality monitor is damaged, lost, or not shipped back within 7 working days of the end of the rental period, we reserve the right to retain the deposit or deduct an appropriate amount for repair or replacement costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the rental fee and deposit paid. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the monitor.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of the service will signify acceptance of the updated terms.
